Getting Started
Life can be full of competing demands. Between work, family, relationships, and the pressures of everyday life, it’s easy to lose sight of what matters most—or to feel disconnected from yourself, your partner, or the life you want to be living.
Therapy offers a place to slow down, understand what isn’t working, and begin creating meaningful change. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where we can explore what’s keeping you stuck and help you develop the insight, confidence, and tools to move forward.
Maybe you’re ready to heal from experiences in your past and make room for a new beginning. Perhaps stress, anxiety, or old patterns are interfering with your happiness. Or maybe you and your partner love each other but have lost some of the closeness, passion, intimacy, or connection you once shared.
You don’t have to wait until your relationship is in crisis to seek support. Therapy can help individuals and couples better understand themselves, communicate more effectively, navigate conflict, strengthen emotional and physical intimacy, and reconnect with what matters most.
As a therapist specializing in couples counseling, sex therapy, trauma, and EMDR, I help clients address both individual and relationship concerns—including sexual intimacy, desire, connection, communication, and the effects of past experiences on present-day relationships.
The goal isn’t a perfect life or relationship. It’s helping you build one that feels more connected, fulfilling, authentic, and genuinely yours.
