Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least two business days’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than two business days’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee. This policy allows the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for care.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
